Building on the success of the Al Karamah School project, HLM Architects were appointed to design a new 64-place Vocational College, extending learning pathways for students with special needs. Centred around a tranquil garden oasis, the facility promotes openness and community through large picture windows, challenging historic perceptions of disabilities in the region.

SWAP later took on a Client Design Advisor role, collaborating with ADEK, Priory, and McLaren Construction to refine and deliver the project during the pandemic. Their involvement included working with specialist providers to develop fit-out strategies for advanced learning spaces, including a filming studio, virtual reality and E-sports suite, hydroponics lab, electronics workshop, and media hubs.
