SWAP’s proposal for No 54 Marsh Wall, Canary Wharf, reimagines this prominent site with a bold new development that enhances the urban context. The development features two distinct towers, designed to respond to both the commercial scale of Marsh Wall and the more residential character of Byng Street. The north tower, with a light bronze facade, contrasts with the dark bronze of the south tower, creating visual distinction. The podium introduces new public routes and spaces, improving connectivity and accessibility. The scheme provides co-living and co-working spaces, providing a dynamic and flexible environment. This development contributes to the regeneration of the area, offering a modern, mixed-use destination that integrates with its evolving surroundings.
