This site, currently dominated by excessive parking and low-quality post-war housing, will be transformed to improve the area's identity and create opportunities for wider regeneration.
The design focuses on enhancing the surrounding landscape and providing shared amenities for both residents and the public. With planning consent granted, the project is now under construction, bringing new homes and aspirations to the area.
