A Versatile, Future-Proofed Hub

The Tear Drop masterplan, the winning entry in a design competition, focuses on versatility to ensure both short- and long-term success. Serving as the first infrastructure project in the Meridian Water regeneration, it will set the tone for the wider development, adapting to changing needs over time while integrating seamlessly with the overall masterplan.

Organized into three core “beacons of activity,” the design includes dynamic spaces for work and events, connected by a continuous social deck that fosters interaction and community engagement. This adaptable mix of spaces will cater to the local community while evolving into one of London’s premier event destinations, supporting local businesses and contributing to the growth of the masterplan over the next 25 years.
